Your donations are used exclusively to fund the sustainable development and maintenance of the library. This covers the following costs:

• Purchase of books
• Salaries of library staff
• Renovation of the building/electricity, etc.
• Furniture/equipment
• General infrastructure
• Transportation of materials on site
• Office supplies
• Local support in Nepal
• Development of a sustainable source of income

All team members work on a voluntary basis, so 100% of the donations go directly to our project.

Sapana is recognised as a non-profit organisation, and donations are tax-deductible in all cantons. We will be happy to send you a receipt for your donation upon request. This is done automatically for donations of CHF 100.00 or more.
